Neil Alldridge, President and CEO | NAMIC
Neil AlldridgeNeil Alldredge serves as president and CEO of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, representing nearly 1,500 property/casualty insurance companies. Since joining NAMIC in 1999, he has held numerous executive leadership roles and has extensive experience in legislative and regulatory advocacy, member engagement, education, public affairs, and industry relations. He also serves on several insurance industry boards and brings a broad perspective on the trends and challenges shaping the property/casualty market.



Cindy Medford, PhD, CSP, Assistant Professor, Safety Management | Slippery Rock University
Cindy MedfordCindy Medford, PhD, CSP, is an Associate Professor of Safety Management at Slippery Rock University, where she developed and teaches courses in Insurance Risk and Loss Control and Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety. Before entering academia, she spent more than 25 years in the safety profession, including experience in loss control and commercial fleet safety with FedEx, Ryder, and Pepsi. Her teaching, research, and professional presentations focus on applying practical risk assessment methods to real-world challenges, with particular emphasis on transportation safety, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to improve safety and risk management decision-making.



Milton Simmons, Senior Loss Control Director | HSB Inspection and Insurance Company
Milton SimmonsMilt Simmons has been with HSB for over 36 years, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management for the Specialty Markets group in Houston, TX. Commissioned as National Board Authorized Inspector in July of 1990, with “A” endorsement for boilers and pressure vessels, Milt has also conducted and administered many Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Equipment Los Prevention public seminars for the HSB External Training group. Milt is trained to conduct Infrared inspection service, PE Technology team leader, Steel & Heavy Metal Industry training, and Power Plant Risk Assessments.

William DoornbosWilliam Doornbos is a Senior Safety and Loss Control Consultant for Encova Insurance, serving primarily the Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton areas of Ohio. He partners with underwriters, agents, and clients to evaluate risk, reduce losses, and improve operations, supporting increased productivity and profitability. William has over 37 years of experience in the safety industry, specializing in property. He has held positions for various insurance companies and an insurance agency.



Robb Slawski, CPCU, CFPS, ARM, ALCM, Senior Loss Control Field Director | The Cincinnati Insurance Companies
Robb SlawskiA Senior Loss Control Field Director based in Wauwatosa, WI, Robb Slawski has over 40 years of safety and loss control experience working with all types of industries, serving agents and customers in Southeastern WI. His strengths are in Property Risk Management and Workers Compensation Safety. He joined Cincinnati Insurance in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, along with the designations of the associate in risk management (ARM), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), and Certified Fire Protection Specialist.
